Dayton Timberline M/t Tires

Ruud Gullit was born on September 1, 1962 in Amsterdam, Holland. For a Dutch boy to have a trial with Ajax is a dream. Being rejected by the best football school in Europe, as happened to Gullit, can become a nightmare.

Ruud Gullit at Haarlem kept trying and he accepted. The scouts were able to discover the young man unleashes the potential of one of the best players Holland has at all times.

The first step they took was the change of position. Gullit played libero at the time of standing that did not use one of his best qualities, speed (11 seconds in the 100 meters). Ruud abandon that position and not return to play until the end of his career, when he took the role of coach and player of Chelsea.

Despite over stars, Dutch football knows how to recognize emerging talent and three years after debuting in Haarlem Gullit was convened by the Dutch national team.

Del Haarlem went to Feyenoord in 1982 and then to PSV in 1985 before abandon the Dutch football. To march toward the calcium Italian in 1987, Gullit left behind him three Dutch league (with Feyenoord in 1984 and with PSV in 1986 and 1987) and a Cup (with Feyenoord in 1984). AC Milan's call, backed by five million dollars was too strong to ignore.

Draft Berlusconi and Sacchi was based on Dutch talent. Van Basten, Rijkaard and Gullit were the basic triangle that shocked Europe Milan and smashed all the rivals that were on their way.

If Van Basten was the dagger that historic Milan, Gullit was the spirit, the team's base and the shaft that made him work. Capable, intelligent, with great class and arrival at the goal, Gullit was named best European player of the year in 1988, he won the European Championship with Holland and the Italian League with AC Milan (two league win in 1992 and 1993 and two European Cups and two UEFA Intercontinental in 1989 and 1990).

rivals breathed a sigh of relief when Gullit Holland announced that he would go to the U.S. World 1994. In a decision difficult to understand, Ruud Gullit Holland deprived of their best player, himself, altering the course of that World Cup in Holland, again did not succeed.

After a brief and fleeting passage through Sampdoria, where he won the Italian Cup in 1994, Black tulip returned to Milan. A little later he heard another call, this time the Chelsea. They returned to play libero, taking up the post of his youth and began a new career, the technician who alternated with a season player. In England left another title, the FA Cup in 1997, as in Holland and Italy before. Throughout his career, mark 235 goals in 629 matches.

His football career has ended but the coach has only just begun.
Newcastle already has coached English, Dutch Feyenoord and Netherlands-based selections.
